These Terms of Service govern your use of Spend., a personal budget tracker for macOS distributed through panicbusapps.com. By purchasing or using Spend., you agree to these terms.
License
When you purchase Spend., you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the application on Mac computers that you personally own or control. You may install Spend. on multiple personal Macs.
You may not:
- Redistribute, sell, rent, or sublicense the Spend. application or its installer
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the application, except as permitted by applicable law
- Modify the application and distribute the modified version
- Use Spend. in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
Updates
Free updates and bug fixes are included with your purchase. Updates are delivered through the same download link provided in your original receipt, or via a new download link sent to your purchase email. There is no guaranteed update schedule or feature roadmap; updates are released as they are ready.
Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with Spend. for any reason within 30 days of your purchase, contact us at nicocrisafulli@gmail.com for a full refund. No questions asked.
Refunds are processed through our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy, and typically arrive back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. After a refund, your license to use Spend. is terminated and you should delete the application from your Mac.
Support
Support is provided on a best-effort basis via email at nicocrisafulli@gmail.com. We aim to respond within 24 to 48 hours on weekdays. Support covers installation issues, bug reports, feature questions, and general usage questions.
No warranty
Spend. is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. While we work hard to make the application reliable, we cannot guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every possible Mac configuration.
Spend. is a personal tool for tracking and budgeting, not a substitute for professional financial advice. The application provides insights based on the data you import; we make no claims about the accuracy of those insights, nor do we offer financial planning, tax, investment, or accounting advice. Any decisions you make based on Spend.'s output are your own responsibility.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of Spend. is limited to the amount you paid for the application. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages, including but not limited to lost data, lost profits, or loss of use.
Data and privacy
Spend. stores all data locally on your Mac. Backing up that data is your responsibility. We recommend regular backups via Time Machine or another solution of your choice.

Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be posted at this URL with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of Spend. after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
