These terms cover your use of Catch Up, a free web app built by Panicbus Apps. By using it, you agree to the following.
Catch Up aggregates and links to stories from third-party news providers. Panicbus Apps doesn't own or control that content and isn't responsible for its accuracy. Reading a story in full may take you to the original publisher's site, which has its own terms.
You sign in with Google. You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for the channels, bookmarks, and settings tied to it.
If you enable AI filtering, you're supplying your own API key for that provider and are responsible for any usage or costs on that key. Panicbus Apps isn't a party to your agreement with Google, Groq, or any other AI provider you choose.
Catch Up is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Panicbus Apps doesn't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
To the extent permitted by law, Panicbus Apps isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Catch Up.
Accounts used to abuse the service, scrape it, or violate these terms may be suspended or terminated.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
